We supply exclusively to business clients such as small and medium enterprise (SME), offices, hotels, and holiday parks, as well as to resellers, including physical stores, e-commerce platforms and other retail partners. We do not sell directly to consumers.
How can I place an order?
You can create an account and simply order directly through our portal, or contact our Sales Team for assistance with larger or customized orders.

You can easily fill in the required info on our Registration Form. Once you submit the form, within 24 working hours we will send you an email to create a password, and your account will be activated.
Where can I see prices?
Prices are only visible once you are logged in with an approved business account. This helps us ensure we’re displaying B2B pricing exclusively to our professional clients.
Are your products available in different sizes or formats?
Yes, most of our artworks are available in various sizes and formats. Custom sizing is also possible upon request.
Can I request a custom design or curated collection?
Absolutely. We offer tailored solutions, including custom-made artworks and curated collections based on your space, style, or target audience.

What is your delivery time?
Delivery usually takes between 4 to 9 business days, depending on the destination and order size. We’ll confirm the estimated delivery time once your order is processed.
Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship across Europe. If your business is located outside of Europe, feel free to contact us to discuss possible solutions.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order volume. These will be calculated at checkout or provided in your quote.

Yes, all prices are listed excluding VAT, shipping, and additional costs unless otherwise stated.
What are your payment terms?
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue, unless agreed otherwise. We may require advance or partial payments on larger or custom orders.
📦 Returns & Complaints
Can I return products?
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or solution as soon as possible.
Can I ask for a Refund?
Refunds are only issued for defective products when a replacement cannot be provided.
What if there’s a mistake in my order?
Let us know within 8 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work quickly to correct it.
